Shipping policy

At Your Collects by Niran Ventures, we prioritize delivering your orders promptly and reliably. Most in-stock orders are shipped within 2-5 business days. For custom-made items, production and shipping typically take 5-30 business days. We understand your excitement to receive your products and work diligently to meet your expectations.

SHIPPING METHODS
Our shipping methods are provided by trusted couriers, including Canada Post, ICS, UPS and DHL. Delivery options and availability are based on the coverage areas of these couriers.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs vary depending on the courier and method selected. While express options may incur higher fees, they ensure faster delivery.

DELIVERY LOCATIONS
Deliveries are available to locations covered by our partnered couriers. If your address is outside the coverage area, please contact us for assistance.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 2-15 business days. Processing refers to the preparation of your order and does not include the time it takes for delivery.

ADDRESS ERRORS
If you’ve entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at info@yourcollects.com.

  • If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to update the address.
  • If an order is undeliverable or returned due to an incorrect address, we will reship the item. Personalized items are non-refundable. Shipping fees are non-refundable.


TRACK YOUR ORDER
All orders come with a tracking number to monitor their progress. Please allow 3-25 business days for delivery after receiving your tracking information, depending on the shipping method and courier.

CANCEL AN ORDER
If you need to cancel your order, contact us at info@yourcollects.com. Only orders that have not yet been processed can be canceled.

ORDER NEVER ARRIVED
If your order hasn’t arrived, email us at info@yourcollects.com. We will file a claim with the courier. Investigations typically take 5-10 business days.

ORDER STATUS
You can check your order status by logging into your account. Additionally, we’ll notify you via email when your order ships and keep you updated.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If an item is out of stock:

  • We’ll notify you immediately.
  • A full refund for the item will be issued.
  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days, depending on your bank.
