Personalized and custom pieces are made to the details you provide, so they are sold as final sale once production begins. Please review your name spelling, colour, size, and wording before checkout. If an item arrives damaged in transit, contact us with photos of the item and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or resolution.

Your personal information is used only to process your order, arrange delivery, and respond to your questions. All transactions are processed securely and priced in Canadian funds (CAD).
